A summer refuge,
winterised for the season.
Guesthouse Leonard began as a summer refuge on the Peaks of the Balkans trail. We winterised it so it can run a full cat-ski week — warm, dry, and functional. Nothing more, nothing less.
It fits twelve. That's the maximum, and it's also the minimum we need to run the operation. One group at a time, the whole place to yourselves.

Inside the house
The setting
The nearest paved road is 25 km behind you.
No phone signal, no ski patrol, no other groups. You get picked up by the cat each morning and dropped back at the door each night. The quiet is the point.
The whole house sleeps twelve.
